| Depending on size and version, the tireless crushers for meat and meat-type products are used in butcher’s shops, canteen kitchens, hotels, small and medium-size meat processing units and industrial meat processing plants.
As in all our mincers, the material to be processed is fed lineally and for this reason without great mechanical stress straight into the cutter set.
In the process, meat products may be crushed into a particle size of as little as 2 mm according to the composition of the cutter set.
Fast cutter set exchange and cleaning are achieved with the help of the bayonet lock and the ejector.
