Tumbling takes place in a r o t a t i n g, u p r i g h t, h o r i z o n t a l c o n t a i n e r comprising two welded-in massaging baffles. The meat is processed with special care by simultaneous turning of the container and the integrated soft baffle. The consistency of meat remains intact the protein in meat is unlocked resulting in very tender products.

To facilitate better emptying the container cover is arranged off-centre.
