Our SI-type curing injectors are designed to provide automatic injection of curing brine into meat and poultry with and without bone. The adjustable injection pressure of up to 5 bar is generated by a robust, self-priming stainless steel cogwheel pump. The curing needles work without valve control, thus achieving minimal brine heating. If the product is not resting on the surface the brine will return through the cavities of the steady into the priming vessel. The PVC chain module conveyor with profiled surface has an infinitely variable belt feed of 8 to 35 mm. Depending on the type, band widths of 240 and 320 mm are available as well as a maximum product height of 180 mm. The coupling lock on the curing needles facilitates a quick needle exchange.

The latest product amongst our curing injectors is the SIM 162 type range. These are designed for automatic injection of high viscose brine into meat and poultry without bone. Two needle registers of 81 curing tubes powered by an infinitely variable control providing 16 to 60 strokes per minute, according to the composition of the brine, inject up to 80% of the injection amount per cycle into the product.
